1. Choose Your Item: Visit my website, Oliviagina.com, and select the item you’d like embroidered—choose from an embroidery hoop, wall hanging, or canvas.

2. Send Us Your Photo: Attach your photo in the photo section before adding to cart. For the best results, close-up shots work best. Aim for no more than three people in the photo to ensure detail, and good lighting is essential for optimal contrast. If you’d like to include more people, that’s perfectly fine; it can create a lovely mood in the final piece.

3. Additional Requests: If you have anything else you would like to ask or any small requests, please provide a short write-up in the Additional Request box before adding the item to your cart. We will get in touch with you to discuss this.

4. Digitization: I’ll carefully digitize your photo into an embroidery file, ensuring it captures every detail perfectly.

5. Embroidery Setup: I prepare the fabric for the digital machine embroidery process.

6. Hand Finishing: I personally hand-finish each piece, adding a special touch to your custom creation.

7. Careful Packaging and Shipping: Your embroidered piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to you or directly to your gift recipient.

This embroidery can be produced on your choice of either a 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 Inch embroidery hoop.

payment; to give us enough time to ensure that your gift is perfect.
