Here at Olivia Gina, we make all of our creations to order. Please bear in mind that any order will require 1 working week to produce, starting at point of payment. Our delivery options are as follows, the quoted times include production times.
UK Standard Delivery: Free
Estimated time from purchase: 7-8 Working Days
UK Express Delivery: £5
Estimated time from purchase: 6 Working Days
Yuletide Extravaganza Delivery Policy
Orders from within our Yuletide Extravaganza will be
dispatched within 1-2 days of purchase and have the following delivery fees:
UK Standard Delivery - £3.50 – 3-5 Working Days
UK Express Delivery - £4.50 – 1-3 Working Days
Please be aware that we currently are not shipping to the EU
or internationally.
Faulty or Damaged Items Policy
If your item arrives and is faulty, or appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@oliviagina.com. Please see the Returns & Refund Policy for further information on this process.
International Shipping Policy
